Ice Spice is pulling up to Albany. The Bronx-born rapper headlines Parkfest 2026 at MVP Arena on Friday, April 24 at 8 PM — and if you’ve been waiting for a reason to finally check the MVP’s floor setup for a hip-hop show, this is it.
About Ice Spice
Ice Spice went from a viral moment to a Grammy stage in record time. The 2022 breakout “Munch (Feelin’ U)” turned her into the most-talked-about new voice in rap, and the collaborations that followed — “Boy’s a Liar Pt. 2” with PinkPantheress, “Barbie World” — proved she wasn’t just a moment. She was the moment. Her debut album Y2K! dropped in 2024 after four Grammy nominations, including Best New Artist. She’s 24 and already has a catalog that most rappers twice her age would trade their chain for.
Albany doesn’t get a ton of hip-hop headliners at the arena level. When it does, the city shows up. Parkfest 2026 is the kind of booking that fills the lower bowl fast.
Venue Info
MVP Arena is Albany’s big room — roughly 17,500 capacity, sitting right downtown on South Pearl Street. Formerly the Times Union Center (and the Pepsi Arena before that, and the Knickerbocker Arena before that). It’s walkable from most of downtown Albany, and there’s garage parking within a block. Sound quality depends on where you sit — the lower bowl hits different than the upper sections. For a hip-hop show, you want to be as close to the floor as you can get.

Tickets for Parkfest 2026 featuring Ice Spice at MVP Arena are on sale now. Grab them through Ticketmaster before the floor sells out — because it will.
