What Upstate Concerts Does

Upstate Concerts provides editorial content about live music events, venues, and artists across Upstate New York. Our content includes concert listings, venue profiles, artist features, event previews, and ticket purchase links.

We are a media publication, not a ticketing platform. We do not sell tickets, manage event logistics, or control event scheduling.

Accuracy of Event Information

We make every effort to ensure that concert dates, times, venue details, and ticket information are accurate at the time of publication. However, event details are subject to change by artists, venues, and promoters without notice.

Upstate Concerts is not responsible for:

  • Changes to event dates, times, or locations made by artists, venues, or promoters
  • Event cancellations or postponements
  • Inaccurate information provided to us by third-party sources
  • Ticket availability or pricing changes on third-party platforms

Always verify event details directly with the venue or ticketing platform before making travel or purchase decisions.

Ticket Purchases and Affiliate Links

When you click a ticket link on our site, you will be directed to a third-party ticketing platform such as Ticketmaster, TicketNetwork, StubHub, Eventbrite, SeatGeek, or Vivid Seats. Your ticket purchase is a transaction between you and that platform.

Upstate Concerts earns a commission on some ticket purchases made through our links. This affiliate relationship does not affect the price you pay. For full details, see our Affiliate Disclosure.

We are not a party to your ticket transaction and cannot process refunds, exchanges, or resolve disputes related to ticket purchases. Contact the ticketing platform directly for any purchase issues.
