He is a five-time Grammy winner, a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame, and a walking repository of country music history.

The Egg is located in the Empire State Plaza complex in downtown Albany. Parking in the Plaza garages is available and well-signed. The main hall seats just under 1,000 and handles the format well.
