Sal Vulcano — best known as one-quarter of the Impractical Jokers — is bringing his stand-up act to The Egg in Albany on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 7:00 PM. If you’ve watched him take punishments on TV for years, his solo stand-up is a different side of the same sharp comedic mind.
About Sal Vulcano
Sal Vulcano built his fame on Impractical Jokers, the hidden-camera show where four friends from Staten Island dare each other into increasingly absurd public situations. But his solo stand-up career has been growing steadily, and it showcases a different gear — personal storytelling, observational humor, and the kind of crowd work that comes from years of performing in front of strangers who had no idea they were part of the show. He’s honest, he’s quick, and he doesn’t rely on the Jokers material as a crutch.

The Venue
The Egg is a fantastic room for stand-up — the sight lines are excellent, the acoustics are tight, and the intimacy of the space means you’re not watching comedy on a jumbotron from the nosebleeds. It’s part of the Empire State Plaza in downtown Albany, and parking in the Plaza garages is free on weekends. A solid choice for a Saturday night in the Capital Region. Full Egg venue guide here.
