Straight No Chaser is coming to Universal Preservation Hall in Saratoga Springs in July 2026. If you know someone who insists they don’t like a cappella music, bring them to this show — the Indiana University-born ten-man ensemble has been converting skeptics for decades with their comedy-laced, genre-bending performances.
About Straight No Chaser
Straight No Chaser started as a college a cappella group at Indiana University in 1996 and went dormant after graduation — until a 1998 performance video went viral on YouTube in 2007 and Atlantic Records came calling. Their debut album sold over a million copies and established them as something genuinely different in the music landscape: a professional a cappella act with genuine comedic timing and the ability to stitch together wildly disparate songs into medleys that somehow work. They’re a legitimate touring act with a devoted fan following, and July in Saratoga is as good a time and place as any to catch them.
