Train rolls into the Saratoga Performing Arts Center on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 6:45 PM. A midweek SPAC show with one of pop-rock’s most successful bands of the 2000s — and a perfect excuse to get up to Saratoga on a summer evening.
About Train
Train has been filling amphitheaters since “Meet Virginia” broke through in the late ’90s, and they’ve kept the momentum going with a string of hits that includes “Drops of Jupiter,” “Hey, Soul Sister,” and “Drive By.” Pat Monahan’s voice is the engine — warm, expressive, and built for these kinds of summer shows. Their live sets lean into the hits and keep the energy up, and the crowd is always there for it. Train is a band that knows its audience and delivers exactly what they came for.

The Venue
SPAC in Saratoga Spa State Park is the Capital Region’s summer concert home. The amphitheater has been hosting shows since 1966, and the lawn is still one of the great values in live music — bring a blanket, a picnic, and enjoy the pine trees. Saratoga Springs itself is worth arriving early for — hit Broadway for dinner before the show. Full SPAC venue guide here.
