Here is something worth putting on your June calendar: Tig Notaro is bringing her Out of Nowhere tour to Kodak Center in Rochester on Sunday night, and a show from one of the best working stand-ups in the country is a solid reason to head west.
Showtime is 7:00 PM on Sunday, June 21, 2026. Quick note: this date was rescheduled from June 7. If you already have tickets, they are valid for the new date. Refunds are available through June 18, 2026 — request one through your original purchase point.
About Tig Notaro
Rolling Stone placed Notaro among the 50 best stand-up comics of all time. Her style is dry and unhurried — deadpan timing that makes you realize halfway through a bit that the punchline has been in the room the whole time. She broke into national consciousness with a 2012 set recorded just days after her breast cancer diagnosis, widely described as one of the greatest stand-up performances ever committed to record. She has been building on that reputation ever since.
She is Emmy and Grammy nominated, and her 2024 Amazon special Tig Notaro: Hello Again earned multiple Emmy nominations. Her documentary Come See Me in the Good Light won the Festival Favorite award at Sundance 2025, a GLAAD Award, and a Cinema Eye Honors Award before premiering on Apple TV.
Beyond stand-up: The Morning Show on Apple TV+, Engineer Jett Reno on Star Trek: Discovery, and the semi-autobiographical series One Mississippi on Amazon. She hosts the podcast Handsome with Fortune Feimster and Mae Martin and authored the New York Times bestselling memoir I’m Just a Person.
The Out of Nowhere hour is built around parenthood, life on tour, and her wry take on the news. Good combination for a Sunday night.
About Kodak Center
