On this day in 1985, Johnny Cash played Proctor's Theatre in Schenectady on St. Patrick's Day. Just a couple months later, Cash was arrested in Henderson, Tennessee on June 27th. But on this night, the Man in Black owned the stage at one of upstate New York's most beautiful theaters — no controversy, just country music royalty doing what he did best.
