With founding member Otis Williams anchoring the group, the 2016 lineup carried “My Girl,” “Ain’t Too Proud to Beg,” “Papa Was a Rollin’ Stone,” and “Get Ready” — the soundtrack of a generation, delivered in those unmistakable five-part harmonies and sharp-suited spins. A casino showroom is a long way from Hitsville U.S.A., but the songs never aged.
