About Orthodox
Orthodox are a Nashville quartet who have been putting out heavy music since 2011 — Adam Easterling on vocals, Austin Evans on guitar, Shiloh Krebs on bass, Mike White on drums. Revolver called them “one of the rising acts leading the new wave of nu-metal,” and their fifth full-length, A Door Left Open, came out in 2025. The sound pulls from 90s and early-2000s touchstones — thick riffs, Easterling’s blunt, direct vocals — without getting stuck doing imitations. They have been on the road this spring co-headlining with Wage War and Nevertel, and this Buffalo date is one of eight standalone headline shows they carved out between those dates. That tells you something: this is not a band running out the clock.
About the Bill
Louisville’s Gates to Hell — signed to Nuclear Blast and carrying their 2025 record Death Comes to All — open the night with a death metal and hardcore blend led by vocalist Ryan Storey. Wasted Space, 9MM Mouthwash, and Monomaniac round out the evening. Four acts on a Monday means you show up at open and get your money’s worth from the start.
