If you have been looking for a reason to finally get out to Beak & Skiff, this is it. Country hitmaker Cole Swindell brings his 2026 summer tour to the Lafayette orchard’s outdoor stage on Thursday, August 6, as part of the Summer Concert Series. Doors open at 5:00 PM — two hours before showtime — so arrive early and make a full evening of it.
About Cole Swindell
Cole Swindell has the kind of country catalog that takes over a crowd before they even realize it. The Georgia native got his start the long way — spending three years as Luke Bryan’s merch guy on the road while quietly developing as a songwriter, penning hits for Florida Georgia Line (“This Is How We Roll”) and multiple cuts for Luke Bryan before his own 2013 debut single “Chillin’ It” shot to No. 1. He has been finding the top of the chart ever since: “You Should Be Here,” “She Had Me at Heads Carolina,” and most recently the chart-topping “Forever to Me,” the lead single from his fifth album Spanish Moss (Warner Nashville, 2025).
Spanish Moss is his most personal record — 21 tracks developed over more than two years, balancing commercial appeal with deeply private material. The track “Dale Jr.” was written to honor his late father and reflect the friendship Swindell formed with Dale Earnhardt Jr. over shared grief. Expect a full evening of country radio favorites alongside the new album.
The Venue
Beak & Skiff Apple Orchards is a 5,000-capacity outdoor venue in Lafayette, NY — one of the better open-air setups in Central New York. The Summer Concert Series makes full use of the orchard setting, and it is the kind of outdoor show where the surroundings are half the experience. Plan to be there when doors open at 5:00 PM.
Tickets & Pricing
Tickets run $25–$70 and are sold exclusively through Tixr. Beak & Skiff does not sell VIP packages — any VIP offerings are provided directly by the artist. The venue recommends skipping third-party resellers to avoid markups and scams.
