Gentlemen’s Club at Photo City Music Hall | November 28, 2026

By Meg Andersen · August 17, 2026

Gentlemen’s Club pull from every corner of bass music: dubstep, drum and bass, UK garage, bassline, grime, often within a single set. The Leeds trio brings what they describe as “seriously raucous DJ sets built for chaos” to Photo City Music Hall in Rochester on Saturday, November 28.

About the Show

The three-piece (Coffi/Lewis Pittham, Soloman/Saul Mountford, and 50 Carrot/Amani Haskins) came up from the Leeds dubstep scene and built a catalog and a live reputation that crosses genre lines deliberately. They met at a small show in Belgium and officially established Gentlemen’s Club six months later. Since then they have released music through Deadbeats, Atlantic’s Big Beat imprint, Interscope, RAM Records, and Bassrush. BBC Radio 1 and Rinse FM carry their music; collaborators include Borgore, Jauz, and Kayzo.

The Deadbeats label describes their sound as “wobbly dubstep drops, hard-edged subs and electrified rhythms atop intricate melodies and sophisticated sound design.” Each member plays three songs per set, and as 50 Carrot told UKF, “we’re always pushing ourselves to go crazier and crazier.” Soloman, speaking in the same interview, described the production philosophy: “We’re trying to make things different tempos and different intros and make music that’s going to last.” On genre itself, 50 Carrot was direct: “Genres don’t die. We’re too interconnected now for any genre or style to die.”

Festival credits span EDC Las Vegas three consecutive years, Shambhala, Reading & Leeds, Rampage in Belgium, Nocturnal Wonderland, Let It Roll in the Czech Republic, and Audioriver in Poland. The trio has toured across 14 countries and sold out venues including the Belasco Theater in Los Angeles and Metro City in Perth. The Rochester show is part of a North American leg that also includes Washington, D.C. and Columbus, Ohio. No support acts have been announced.

Venue & Logistics

Photo City Music Hall is a 400-capacity club on Atlantic Avenue, making it an easy reach for bass music fans across western New York. For a set built around low-end pressure, the room size matters: a club-scale venue keeps the physical weight of the music in contact with the crowd, which is where bass music needs to be heard. This is an 18-plus event. Doors open at 7:00 p.m.
