Ole 60 at Outer Harbor Live at Terminal B | October 3, 2026

By Nate Calloway · August 24, 2026

There is a moment in a John Prine song — and Ole 60 lists Prine among their influences, alongside the Smashing Pumpkins, Metallica, and Radiohead — where a character turns out to be more complicated than you thought, where one arriving detail shifts the whole thing. The six musicians from Hawesville, Kentucky have made their own case for that tradition: their debut album Smokestack Town is, in GRAMMY.com’s phrase, “11 tracks full of interconnecting stories and vivid characters,” and critics have specifically noted a “penchant for detailed storytelling” threading through the band’s work. The sound carrying those stories blends “indie rock sonics, folk songwriting, and country sensibilities” — which is either a contradiction or a very coherent position, depending on what you think folk songwriting is supposed to sound like.

About the Show

Ole 60 brings their headlining Off The Grid Tour to Outer Harbor Live at Terminal B on Saturday, October 3, with doors at 6 p.m. and showtime at 7. The 38-date tour, spanning North America before European stops in November, launched in Milwaukee on July 7, 2026 and was built around Smokestack Town. The album followed a formidable breakthrough: their debut EP “three twenty four” topped the Apple Music Country Albums chart ahead of Zach Bryan and Morgan Wallen, and the single “smoke & a light” reached the top of Spotify’s U.S. Viral Top 50. The band has since accumulated over 700 million global career streams. Live, they’re described as delivering “electrifying guitar riffs, powerful vocals, and an infectious stage presence,” which tracks for a band that draws equally from Metallica and Prine. Lead singer Jacob Young described the experience plainly: “this dream that all of us have had… it’s the greatest thing in the world, getting to go around different cities playing music with your best friends.” Support at the Buffalo show comes from Garret Elias and Kolton Moore & The Clever Few.
