Olivia Rodrigo told British Vogue that her favorite romantic love songs are beautiful because they carry “a tinge of fear or yearning” — and you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love, her third studio album, is built entirely on that principle. The Unraveled Tour brings it to Centre Bell in Montréal on Wednesday, October 21, 2026.
About the Show
Released June 12, 2026 via Geffen Records, the album is structured as two deliberate halves. The first is a run of 1980s new-wave-influenced tracks: jangly guitars, bubbly synths, post-punk textures drawn from Blondie, New Order, and The Cure. The second pivots to intimate piano ballads with a more introspective, sophisticated feel. The press release describes it as “a mature, expansive and inspired sound” that maintains “the tenderness and originality” of her earlier work. Lead single “drop dead” opened the album with ascending vocal melodies and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, making Rodrigo the first artist to debut the lead singles from all three of her studio albums at the top of the chart. Mid-album standout “the cure” builds over five minutes to a strings-led climax; “what’s wrong with me” features a collaboration with Robert Smith of The Cure.
The Montréal dates are a two-night stand (October 21 and 22 at Centre Bell). The touring context is substantial: Rodrigo’s previous GUTS World Tour logged 95 sold-out shows across more than 60 cities, drew over 1.4 million attendees, and earned her Billboard’s 2024 Touring Artist of the Year. Three albums deep into a career that began when “drivers license” debuted at No. 1 when she was 17, Rodrigo is also a three-time Grammy Award winner. Wolf Alice, Devon Again, The Last Dinner Party, Grace Ives, and Die Spitz rotate as special guests on select dates; the specific opener for October 21 has not been confirmed.

Centre Bell sits at 1909 Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal in Montréal — across the Canadian border from the North Country. Doors open at 6:00 p.m., show at 7:00 p.m. The show is all ages. October 22 is also on sale at Centre Bell if you want the second night.
