The Neil Diamond Experience comes to The Vine Showroom at del Lago Resort & Casino in Waterloo.

Neary is a Long Island native with more than 40 years in the entertainment business — three Broadway leads and upward of 60 major guest appearances in television and film, including Criminal Minds, NCIS, Blue Bloods, and Grey’s Anatomy. His Broadway career began in 1996 with Smokey Joe’s Café; he later toured in Aida playing the antagonist Zoser, and returned to the stage in 2017 to perform the lead role in A Bronx Tale, The Musical more than a dozen times. He did not wander into tribute work by default.
He created So Good! in 2019, developing it during the pandemic alongside The Mystic — a New York City-based ensemble whose members have performed together for more than two decades, with credits that span Broadway’s Moving Out and touring work alongside Billy Joel and Elton John. The two-hour show covers 24 to 26 Diamond classics — “Cherry Cherry,” “I Am, I Said,” “Solitary Man,” “I’m a Believer,” “Coming to America,” “Sweet Caroline” — threaded through with stories, multimedia elements, and a finale that multiple critics have called Broadway-caliber. Now in its fourth or fifth year of national touring, the show has been selling out venues across the country, with international dates on the calendar for 2026.
