About the Venue
Bethel Woods Center for the Arts sits on 1,000 acres in the Sullivan County foothills, on the exact land where the Woodstock Music & Art Fair took place in August 1969. The Pavilion Stage amphitheater holds up to 16,000 and opened in 2006. There is a Museum at Bethel Woods on the grounds and a 528-site campground — making it the kind of venue where a summer show reasonably expands into a full weekend.
