Ski Mask The Slump God built his name in SoundCloud rap’s most frenetic corner — hyperflow delivery, pop-culture references moving faster than you can place them, a voice reviewers call smoky and raspy and immediately recognizable. Last July he released “Catch Me Outside 2,” a sequel to his 2017 breakthrough produced by Timbaland and Missy Elliott, with a Cole Bennett video shot in Times Square. Eight years after the original, and it landed like he had never stopped. He closes a December mini-tour at Empire Live in Albany on Saturday, December 19.
About the Show
The Albany date is the final stop of a five-city December run. It starts in California (San Luis Obispo Dec. 9, Ventura Dec. 10), then swings east to Wilmington and Allentown before Albany closes it out on the 19th. The show is presented by Concert Crave. No support act has been announced as of publication.
The touring cycle follows 11th Dimension, his sophomore album released June 28, 2024. The record runs 21 tracks over 46 minutes with features from Future, posthumous appearances from Juice WRLD and XXXTentacion, and Corbin closing things out with an 80s synth-pop vibe. The album debuted at #55 on the Billboard 200. Reviewers flagged the Juice WRLD collaboration as a standout, described as “chaotic but engaging,” with both artists feeding off each other’s energy.
His story starts in Fort Lauderdale, running through Brooklyn and Atlanta before the SoundCloud era pulled everything into focus. He met XXXTentacion in 2014 and they co-founded the Members Only collective. His 2018 debut Stokeley hit #6 on the Billboard 200, driven by “Nuketown” featuring Juice WRLD. The Timbaland and Missy Elliott production credit on “Catch Me Outside 2” says something: people outside his corner have been paying attention.
His live set has been described as heavy bass, strobes, and hyperflow delivery — “organized chaos” is the phrase reviewers reach for, as a compliment. He logged 48 tours in 2024 alone and has covered over 383,000 miles on the road across his career. Audiences consistently praise the connection he makes in a room, which is a harder thing to manufacture than energy.
Venue & Logistics
