Daughter from Hell, Gracie Abrams’ third studio album, arrived on Interscope Records July 17, 2026, with something she hadn’t written before: a raw, devastating title track built around a reckoning with her relationship with her mother. That song is the emotional center of The Look at My Life Tour, which brings Abrams and support act Bella Kay to Centre Bell in Montréal on Tuesday, March 9.
About the Show
Daughter from Hell is a 16-song set co-produced with Aaron Dessner (The National), with writing credits that include Justin Vernon of Bon Iver and Paul Mescal, who co-wrote “Imaginary Friend.” Abrams describes herself as the “daughter from hell,” a phrase tied to the album’s examination of perception and pressure. Rolling Stone described the collection as Abrams “digging deep and experimenting more than ever before.” Lead singles “Hit the Wall” (May 14) and “Look at My Life” (June 25) arrived ahead of the July release, with “Look at My Life” quickly becoming a fan favorite. She described the complexities of her mid-20s to Rolling Stone as “simultaneously isolating and exhilarating” — and the record reflects both.
The Montréal dates are a two-night stand; she also plays Centre Bell on March 8, with Bella Kay confirmed for both nights. This stop falls near the close of a 64-date global run that opens December 2, 2026, in Denver and stretches through Brooklyn before the European leg in spring 2027. Vogue UK named Abrams a breakout musician, and she arrives at this arena cycle with real momentum: her debut album Good Riddance (2023) earned a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist, and The Secret of Us (2024) reached number two in the United States and number one in both the United Kingdom and Australia. The Look at My Life Tour is her first true arena headline run.
