J. Cole at Centre Bell | July 25, 2026

By Eli Thorne · July 19, 2026

J. Cole is calling The Fall Off his last album. His own words: “a double album made with intentions to be my last, brings the concept of my first project full circle.” He backs that claim with 24 tracks across two discs, built as parallel autobiography of the same homecoming to Fayetteville, North Carolina at two different points in his life, one at 29 and one at 39. The album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. Cole brings The Fall-Off Tour to Centre Bell on Saturday, July 25, for his first Montreal show in seven years.

About the Show

This is Cole’s first solo headline tour in five years (following 2021’s The Off-Season Tour) and his first full global arena run in nearly a decade since the 4 Your Eyez Only World Tour in 2017. The Fall Off, his seventh studio album, was released February 6, 2026, via Cole World, Inc. under exclusive license to Interscope Records, debuting at number one on the Billboard 200. Cole has said the album expanded from a single disc into a double LP in part because of the creative surge that followed his public apology to Kendrick Lamar in 2024.

The concept is tightly autobiographical: Disc 29 traces his return to Fayetteville at age 29, after a decade in New York; Disc 39 replays that trip a decade later: “a similar trip home, this time as a 39 year old man. Older and a little closer to peace.” The accompanying single “Disc 2 Track 2” has Cole rapping his life’s story in reverse. The album cover features posters of hip-hop legends who inspired Cole, including Nas and 50 Cent. Features across the 24 tracks include Burna Boy, Erykah Badu, Future, Morray, Petey Pablo, PJ, and Tems.

Cole first broke through after signing with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation label; his 2011 debut, Cole World: The Sideline Story, topped the Billboard 200 and earned a Grammy nomination. He has since founded Dreamville Records. The Fall-Off Tour runs through December 12, 2026, closing at FNB Stadium in Johannesburg, South Africa, his first return to that region in 10 years. No support act has been announced for this stop.
