John Oates at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino | September 25, 2026
Here is something worth the drive to Niagara Falls: John Oates is bringing the Good Road Band 2026 Tour to the Bears Den Showroom at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino on Friday, September 25 — Night 1 of two consecutive nights at the same venue.
The Bears Den Showroom is an intimate room, and that intimacy is the whole point for this show. Based on a March 2026 performance reviewed by American Songwriter, Oates uses the close quarters to his advantage — sharing the stories behind the songs, handing spotlight moments to his band, and turning what could be a nostalgia-driven set into something that actually breathes.
About John Oates
You know John Oates from Hall & Oates — one of the best-selling music duos of all time. The solo version of Oates is a different and worthwhile thing. Now more than 25 years into his own recording career, his music has settled into Americana, folk, soul, and R&B — the traditions that shaped him long before the pop hits. His current album, OATES (2025), is the focus of this tour.
The set runs about 20 songs. Expect the night to open with “Out of Touch,” move through new material from OATES, hit reimagined Hall & Oates classics — “Maneater,” “She’s Gone,” “I Can’t Go for That (No Can Do)” — and dig into covers honoring Smokey Robinson, Chuck Berry, and others. Oates shares the origin stories as he goes: “She’s Gone” grew out of being stood up at a New York City diner; “Maneater” was originally conceived as a reggae track. It is a storytelling show, and the Bears Den Showroom is the right room for it.
Night 2 is September 26 if you want to make a Buffalo / Western NY weekend out of it. With Niagara Falls right outside the door, that is not a hard sell.
Tickets & Info
Tickets start at $65. The show is at the Bears Den Showroom inside Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino in Niagara Falls, NY. Show time is 8:00 PM.
