Kings Kaleidoscope at Buffalo Iron Works | April 30, 2026
There are large-format bands and then there is Kings Kaleidoscope — a Seattle ensemble that arrives with a string trio, a horns section, and two drum kits and somehow makes all of it work in a 500-cap room. They played KOKO in London back in February. On Thursday, April 30, they pull into Buffalo Iron Works for a show that is worth your drive across town or across the region — because seeing this band close is a fundamentally different experience than watching it from a distance.
About Kings Kaleidoscope
Founded in Seattle and led by songwriter and producer Chad Gardner, Kings Kaleidoscope has spent more than a decade building a genre-fluid sound that blends rock, hip-hop, jazz, and classical music with emotionally honest, faith-rooted lyrics. At full strength the ensemble runs around a dozen musicians deep — strings, horns, dual percussion — which makes the live show something you feel physically as well as hear.
Their 2017 record The Beauty Between remains the most-streamed entry point, but the current news is “UP A LEVEL,” a new single that dropped April 10 — just three weeks before this Buffalo date. They are also teasing Credo Spirit, a forthcoming release currently available for pre-save. Touring dates like this one have the energy of a band building toward something.
