Pentatonix formed in 2011 by winning a reality competition on NBC; by this November they’ll carry a Hollywood Walk of Fame star and eleven consecutive Top 10 holiday album debuts into KeyBank Center. The Christmas In The City Tour plays Buffalo on Wednesday, November 18 at 7 p.m.

The 2026 run spans 28 North American arenas from November 5 through December 22, supporting the deluxe edition of Christmas In The City, the group’s 2025 holiday album drawing on classic Hollywood Christmas music and the jazz era. That expanded record arrives October 30 with 10 new songs, two covers, and seven live recordings added to the original 16-track album. The new single, “Get Happy / Happy Days Are Here Again,” is described by member Kirstin Maldonado as “a fun one to create” that “fits perfectly into our homage to the classic Christmas tunes of Hollywood’s Golden Age.” Tour materials describe the arrangements as emphasizing “movement, vocal interplay and pure holiday theatre.”
Scott Hoying, Mitch Grassi, Kirstin Maldonado, Kevin Olusola, and Matt Sallee are three-time Grammy Award winners: Best Arrangement, Instrumental or A Cappella in 2015 and 2016, and Best Country Duo/Group Performance for their recording of “Jolene” with Dolly Parton. Their A Pentatonix Christmas reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200; Christmas In The City continued that run as the group’s 11th consecutive Top 10 debut on Billboard’s Top Holiday Albums chart. No support act has been announced. The show is all ages and runs approximately two hours.
Venue & Logistics
KeyBank Center, the indoor arena at One Seymour H. Knox III Plaza in western New York, hosted Pentatonix in November 2024 for the Hallelujah! It’s A Christmas Tour, making this the group’s second consecutive holiday appearance in Buffalo. The 2026 tour also marks Pentatonix’s first Canadian holiday shows, with stops in Vancouver and Hamilton alongside the U.S. dates.
