BoStyx has spent 2026 working theaters and music clubs across the Northeast on the strength of a catalog argument that holds up: Boston’s melodic enormity and Styx’s theatrical grandiosity were always two expressions of the same late-’70s arena-rock impulse, built on enormous hooks, stacked harmonies, and guitars calibrated for rooms several times the size of the ones they’re actually playing. The six-piece tribute act carries that catalog to Daryl’s House in Pawling on Saturday, December 12.
About the Show
The set draws from both catalogs — “More Than a Feeling” and “Peace of Mind” on Boston’s side, “Renegade” and “Come Sail Away” on Styx’s — and the Emelin Theatre in Mamaroneck, which presented the band in October 2025, characterized the performances as “authentic and commanding,” crediting the group with capturing “the soaring harmonies, powerful guitars, and unmistakable energy” of both acts. That is a significant technical lift. Boston’s vocal architecture in particular demands a range that doesn’t forgive shortcuts.
BoStyx is a six-piece: Raj handles lead vocals, Neal and Tony cover guitars (Tony pulling double duty on acoustic and electric), Rob on drums with backing vocals, Rich on bass and vocals, and Alex on keys and additional guitar. The band has toured alongside major recording artists and maintains an active 2026 schedule across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic — Connecticut, New Hampshire, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, and New Jersey. Their live show aims to deliver “the precision, drama, and excitement of these timeless songs.”
Venue & Logistics
Daryl’s House — the 300-capacity club at 130 Route 22 in Pawling — has a backstory that suits this booking. It grew out of Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Daryl Hall’s web series “Live from Daryl’s House,” becoming a restaurant and live music club in 2014. The venue leans into the intimate: it positions itself as the kind of room where guests feel like they’re at a private gathering rather than a show, which makes it an interesting frame for a tribute act whose source material was engineered for arenas. This is Hudson Valley classic rock at human scale. Doors open at 5:00 p.m.; the show starts at 8:00 p.m.

Tickets are $40.02–$55.47. On sale begins Wednesday, October 14, at 10:00 a.m. EDT. The show is all ages. Buy tickets
