Jessica Lynn at Ulster Performing Arts Center | December 19, 2026

By Nate Calloway · July 28, 2026

Jessica Lynn’s “A Very Merry Classic Christmas” sold out the Paramount Theater in Peekskill last year — the ninth consecutive holiday run for a production that has grown from what Lynn once called a passion project into one of the East Coast’s most recognized December traditions. The 10th anniversary edition arrives at Ulster Performing Arts Center in Kingston on Saturday, December 19.

About the Show

The production is built around community as much as performance. Lynn, a New York native who performs with her family band (her father on bass, mother on vocals, husband on lead guitar), has made the show an official Toys for Tots national corporate sponsor. Donated toys across previous tours have exceeded $100,000; attendees are asked to bring new, unwrapped toys for collection in the lobby. At each tour stop, Lynn also partners with local dance teams, an approach that American Songwriter described as community-building at the heart of a holiday production. The show itself is a full multimedia event: dancers, marching bands, choirs, a cinematic backdrop, simulated snowfall, strobing lights, and audience interaction from the floor up.

Lynn’s profile extends well beyond the holiday circuit. Her 2025 album All I Own debuted at No. 1 on the digital country charts and reached No. 13 on Billboard’s Top Current Country Albums. Her debut, Lone Rider (2022), also hit No. 1 on digital country charts in both the USA and UK. She has 22 charting releases across 22 countries, three nationwide television concert specials, and has shared stages with Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, and Loretta Lynn. She is a member of the U.S. Department of State’s American Music Abroad program and has been honored at the United Nations for Women’s Entrepreneurship Day.

The Kingston show marks the 10th anniversary of something Lynn said she “never imagined would turn into what it has become.” The production has evolved into the kind of December night that families plan around — a show that asks as much of the audience as it gives.
