Kelsey Cook’s Netflix debut, Happy Hour, landed in August — and it turns out that material about hangxiety, airplane bathroom nightmares, and dating a literal Chad lands just as well in a room as it does on-screen. Cook brings her headlining set to the Bear’s Den at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino in Niagara Falls on Saturday, March 13, 2027, at 8 p.m.
About the Show
Cook has 17 years of stand-up behind her, and Happy Hour is the special she earned the hard way: she self-financed the taping at the Fitzgerald Theater in St. Paul, Minnesota before Netflix came calling. “I’ll never ever forget that moment. I was on cloud nine,” the Spokane, Washington native told the Spokesman-Review. The special covers breezy and genuinely vulnerable ground: her fiancé’s road rage, sobriety, depression, and her mother’s dementia, all handled with what fans describe as brutally honest storytelling and playful self-deprecation that feels more like talking to a very funny friend than watching a performance.
Happy Hour is her third special. Her previous two, The Hustler (2023) and Mark Your Territory (2025), are available on YouTube and Hulu. Beyond the specials, Cook has made multiple appearances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon (her late-night debut was in March 2018), plus Good Morning America, CBS’ After Midnight, The Talk, Comedy Central’s This Is Not Happening, and Epix’s Unprotected Sets. She co-hosts the Self-Helpless podcast with comedians Taylor Tomlinson and Delanie Fischer, which has landed on the iTunes Top Comedy Charts.
Worth knowing going in: Cook is also a world champion foosball player. She has a webseries, Wrists of Fury, built around hustling fellow comedians who don’t know that side of her background. Her father was an international yo-yo champion; her mother, a professional foosball player.
This is the second of two consecutive nights Cook plays Bear’s Den. She also performs Friday, March 12. Both shows start at 8 p.m.
Venue & Logistics
Bear’s Den is the entertainment room inside Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino in Niagara Falls, in western New York. The casino format works naturally for a comedy show — a table, a drink, and a seat while the room fills up before the lights go down. Shows here typically run 75 to 90 minutes, often with an opening act before Cook’s headlining set. Age restrictions vary by event at this venue, so confirm before you head out.
Tickets
Tickets are in the $25–$75 range depending on seat and timing, per Cook’s official site. They go on sale October 30, 2026. Buy tickets
