W Chippewa Street on a Thursday in August: doors open at 6:00 PM, the 7:00 show starts on time, and Rec Room holds 300 people in a bar-venue setup that keeps you close to the stage no matter where you land.
This is the third stop on an 11-date August headlining run — after Grand Rapids and Cleveland — before Greyhaven heads east to Albany and Connecticut. Support comes from Chicago’s Footballhead, whose debut Overthinking Everything earned Triple J radio spins in Australia, and Cheem, who pair a vocalist and a rapper to deliver “Limp Bizkit levels of blunt force impact” alongside real melodic craft. It is a well-matched bill for a 300-cap room.
About Greyhaven
Greyhaven — vocalist Brent Mills, guitarist Nick Spencer, bassist Johnny Muench, and drummer Ethan Spray — are a Louisville, Kentucky post-hardcore outfit on Solid State Records. Their latest album, Keep It Quiet, dropped October 10, 2025, produced by Grammy Award-winning Will Putney, who also worked with Knocked Loose, Bad Omens, and Body Count. They spent part of last autumn touring Europe and the UK with Better Lovers, and this summer run carries that momentum forward.
Brent Mills on the record: “Good art is vulnerable, and I felt like an open book on this new record. But that’s a scary thing and I wrestled a lot with how much I was opening myself up.” The single “Burn A Miracle” is the place to start if you are coming in fresh.
